We are quality, custom builders. Our two most important objectives for you are: 1) To make your home yours, with styles and features that you determine and 2) To build your custom home using the highest quality products available in the marketplace.

Whether you bring your own construction print, select one of ours, or choose to purchase one of our model spec homes, our goal is to make your dream of moving into the house that is exactly the right fit for you a reality.

The majority of the homes we build are located either in or near Bowling Green. If you already have your lot, we'll gladly take a look and provide your home quote based upon the needs and requirements of your lot. If you still need a building site, we have many options and lots for sale with a variety of locations, settings, price ranges, and sizes.

Tell us what your needs and interests are and we'll tailor a process that fits them. If you've never built a new home and need help just getting started, we do that all the time and enjoy helping our customers get started. If you've built a home before and are ready to either build a new home or an active lifestyle retirement home, we do that too. Our process together with you begins with a discussion and we'll walk through it together from there. Each step of your new home construction is very important and our relationship working together, with frequent communication is vital. We are a small company and your new home will be built personally by us, not a large company with regional or local representatives.
